This mix contains Root-Building Nutrition, a combination of ingredients that is expertly crafted to help establish deep roots to grow thick, green turf so that you can build a better, stronger lawn from the roots up.

Designed for full sun and dense shade, and has medium drought resistance with medium to high durability.

It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn.

For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55 Deg.
