A completely different and brand new technology, Green Envy is water-based and has special solvents with emulsifying agents that make it compatible with both oil-based and latex paints.

Not recommended for thinning polyurethanes or clear finishes.

It is ultra-low in VOC content, only 19g/L, yet it effectively thins most paints, stains, and varnishes.
