An economical, fast drying acrylic primer that prepares most surfaces for hanging most wallcoverings, especially prepasted wallcoverings.

It seals, primes, and sizes in 1 step eliminating poor adhesion, open seams, shrinking, and raised edges.

Tintable to help hide seams.

When applied, Shieldz clear is light pink in color, but dries clear.

Ideal for priming painted surfaces that are in sound condition, paneling, and existing wallcoverings.

Eliminates the need to sand glossy paints or finishes.

Suitable for use on porous surfaces under latex and oil-base paints.

To prepare new drywall for wallpapering it is best to use Shieldz Primer.

Fast drying allows you to hang wallcovering in only 2 hours.

Covers 500 to 750 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the porosity of the surface.

Apply by brush, roller, or sprayer.

Clean up tools with warm soapy water.
